We are located on the north shore of Lake Union, about one block NE
of Gasworks Park, and our windows look out on the Burke-Gilman Trail.
GOING SOUTH ON I-5
Take the NE 45th Street Exit (Exit # 169), at end of exit ramp, turn right onto NE 45th Street and
proceed west to Wallingford Avenue N. (Approx ½ Mile).
When you reach Wallingford Avenue N (stoplight), turn left
onto Wallingford Avenue.
Go down Wallingford Avenue until you reach
North 34th Street (it’ll be the 2nd stoplight).
Turn left onto N 34th Street (Varsity Inn will be on your right).
After 2 blocks, slow down and prepare to turn LEFT into the
parking garage for PACIFIC POINTE Building.
Follow instructions on call-box for entry into the garage.
Once in the parking garage, drive down to the lower level.
Park in a spot designated ‘Law Offices.’ Take the elevator to the
first floor and you’ll find our offices at the end of the long curving
hallway. From the street level, go in door 2110.
GOING NORTH ON I-5
Going north on I-5, take the NE 45th Street Exit (Exit # 169), at end of exit ramp, turn left onto NE 45th Street and

FROM I-405 N OR S
I-405 N or S To 520 (Evergreen Point Bridge), take The Montlake Blvd Exit.
Merge-Take Left At Pacific Avenue.
Go past University of Washington Medical Center.
Follow until you come to a “T” with a flashing red.
Go right here, going underneath a RR trestle.
At the stop sign, turn left.
A hundred feet or so later, take another left (a “soft” left).
You are now on North Pacific Street.
Continue approx. a mile –
Our building is located on a curve in the road; it will be
on your right; it’s called “Pacific Pointe.”
Turn right into our parking garage.
Follow instructions on call-box for entry into the garage.
Once in the parking garage, drive down to the lower level.
